Kathleen joined Lewis Black, Andy Borowitz, Todd Barry and Ted Alexandro for a taping of the News Quiz USA in NYC on March 20th. The show duplicates the format of the British version, fronted by Sandi Toksvig and featuring regular panelists such as Jeremy Hardy and Andy Hamilton commenting sardonically on the news.
The BBC hopes to tailor the show for broadcast in the US and BBC Radio 4 will air the pilot of the American version Thursday, March 22nd 11 pm GMT (7pm ET) as part of its coverage of this year’s US presidential election.
